Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef in a large pot. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add potatoes, mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to the pot.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  • Serve hot.
