Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large pot or Dutch oven. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the onion, carrots, and celery to the pot and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in the kidney beans, corn, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot.
