Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large pot or pressure cooker.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
If using a pressure cooker, cook on high pressure for 10-12 minutes, then release pressure naturally.
Remove chicken and shred the meat. Return the shredded chicken to the soup.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
