or coconut oil, if you don’t use ghee

Vital Proteins Chicken Bone Broth

organic mushrooms
chopped
handful
spinach
1/2
cup
kelp noodles
soaked and rinsed

tsp
ginger powder
3/4
tsp
turmeric powder
1/2
tsp
oregano
3/4
tsp
salt
1/2
tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp if you love the taste of ACV, like me!
Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a medium saucepan over medium heat until melted.
Pour the mushrooms into the pan and allow them to sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the water and bone broth powder. Stir a few times, then add in the spices, vinegar, and extra tbsp of ghee.
Toss in your kelp noodles and spinach, and stir until everything is well-combined.
Add in any other extras! Pour into a bowl, serve, and enjoy!
