Instant Immune-Boosting Golden Bone Broth Mushroom Soup (Paleo)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil, if you don’t use ghee
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1/2 cup organic mushrooms chopped
  • handful spinach
  • 1/2 cup kelp noodles soaked and rinsed
  • 3/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp if you love the taste of ACV, like me!

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a medium saucepan over medium heat until melted.
  • Pour the mushrooms into the pan and allow them to sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add in the water and bone broth powder. Stir a few times, then add in the spices, vinegar, and extra tbsp of ghee.
  • Toss in your kelp noodles and spinach, and stir until everything is well-combined.
  • Add in any other extras! Pour into a bowl, serve, and enjoy!
