Instructions
Sauté onion and carrots in butter until softened.
Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth.
Add cauliflower, salt, pepper, and paprika. Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes, then quick release.
Stir in cream cheese until melted.
Add cheddar cheese and heavy cream, stirring until melted and smooth.
