Instructions
Add carrots, ginger, vegetable broth, coconut oil, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot.
Close and seal the lid. Set to high pressure for 3 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and carefully open the lid.
Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.
