Instructions
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
Turn Instant Pot to saute mode. Add olive oil, then chicken and cook until browned.
Add onion, carrots, and celery to the Instant Pot and cook until softened.
Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping the bottom of the pot.
Add peas, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Close and seal the Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and serve.
