broccoli, chopped

coconut milk

baby spinach

vegetable broth
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Sauté onions, garlic, cumin, turmeric, and paprika in olive oil for 2 minutes.
Add broccoli and toss with spices.
Add coconut milk, spinach, and vegetable broth. Mix well.
Close the lid and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release.
Puree the soup with an immersion blender or regular blender. Add more broth if needed.
Season to taste.
Serve with black pasta 'bats' as garnish.
