Instant Pot Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz beef
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion onion chopped
  • 2 carrots carrots sliced
  • 2 celery stalks celery sliced
  • 1 lb potatoes diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in an Instant Pot.
  • Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  • Stir and serve.
