Instant Pot Vegetable Beef Soup
Ingredients
- 4 oz beef
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 onion onion chopped
- 2 carrots carrots sliced
- 2 celery stalks celery sliced
- 1 lb potatoes diced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in an Instant Pot.
- Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
- Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Stir and serve.
