Khmer Tofu Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 lb chicken cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 pieces firm tofu cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 lb Napa cabbage cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • A dash black pepper
  • 3 stalks green onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Put water in a soup pot and cook till water bubbling.
  • Add chicken and cook till meat tender.
  • Add tofu and cabbage, stirs.
  • Seasoning with fish sauce, salt, sugar and black pepper.
  • Top with green onion.
