Korean Warm Noodles with Clear Broth

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Noodles
  • 6 cups Water For broth
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Fish Cake Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Carrot Sliced
  • 1/2 sheet Roasted Seaweed (Gim) Crumpled
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Dasida Beef Flavor Soup Stock
  • 1 egg Egg
  • 2 tbsp Green Onion Sliced

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add soy sauce and continue boiling.
  • Add fish cake to the boiling broth.
  • Lightly drizzle raw scrambled egg into the boiling broth to create an egg drop soup.
  • Add green onion and Dasida beef flavor soup stock to the broth and simmer.
  • Cook noodles according to package directions and rinse with cold water.
  • Place noodles in a bowl and pour hot broth over them.
  • Top with cucumbers, carrots, and crumbled seaweed.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
