Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain off any excess grease.
Add browned beef to a slow cooker. Add onion and garlic to the slow cooker.
Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add rotini pasta.
Stir in ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese before serving.
