extra virgin olive oil

low sodium chicken broth

bay leaf

parmesan rind

crushed red pepper flakes

Tuscan kale
roughly chopped

fresh chopped dill

orzo pasta
to taste
salt
to taste

Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except orzo) in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
Add orzo pasta and cook according to package directions.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh dill if desired.
