Lemony Kale and Sausage Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 medium Yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 6 cups Chicken broth
- 1 bunch Kale, chopped
- 1 cup Pasta
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a large pot. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the kale and pasta and cook until the pasta is tender and the kale is wilted.
- Stir in the lemon juice and serve.
