Instructions
Cut the beef liver into small pieces.
Sauté the chopped onion in butter until softened.
Add the beef liver to the pan and cook until browned.
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and chopped parsley.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
