Instructions
Peel and slice the lotus root into bite-sized pieces.
Rinse the pork leg or ribs and place them in a large pot.
Add the sliced lotus root to the pot.
Cover the ingredients with water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for at least 60 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
