Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Lotus Root
  • 500 g Pork Leg or Ribs
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the lotus root into bite-sized pieces.
  • Rinse the pork leg or ribs and place them in a large pot.
  • Add the sliced lotus root to the pot.
  • Cover the ingredients with water and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for at least 60 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
