In a large saucepan, heat oil on medium heat and brown sausage links whole.
Add garlic and onion. After onion is tender and sausage are cooked, drain grease and slice sausage.
In the saucepan, add beef broth, water, sliced sausage, garlic/onion mixture, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, carrots, zucchini and beans. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
10 minutes before serving, add tortellini and olives. Cook until tortellini are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Serve with Italian Garlic Bread (infused with whole cloves of garlic) and butter, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
