My Granny Witch's Detox Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Chards
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Leek
  • 1/4 medium Cabbage
  • 1/4 medium Romanesco cabbage
  • 1 medium Fennel
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste Coarse salt
  • to taste Turmeric powder Optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop all the vegetables.
  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped vegetables to the pot and cook for about 10-15 minutes, until slightly softened.
  • Add enough water to cover the vegetables. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Season with salt and turmeric powder to taste.
  • Serve hot.
