Instructions
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
Add cooked chicken and fettuccine pasta. Cook until pasta is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve immediately.
