Orzo Veggie Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Orzo
  • 4 cups Filtered Water Can substitute with store-bought broth
  • 4 medium Carrots
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1 small head Broccoli
  • 1 large Zucchini
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Montreal Chicken Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Start by slightly toasting your orzo in the pot with a little bit of olive oil. About a minute or two till it turns golden brown.
  • Once toasted add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  • Once it boils turn the heat down to medium-low. Cover with a lid and let cook.
  • While your orzo cooks, peel, chop and dice all of your veggies.
  • Add carrots & potatoes first as they tend to take longer to soften up. Wait ten minutes then add remaining veggies. Broccoli, zucchini & peas.
  • Add salt and Montreal seasoning to taste.
