Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken Cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots Diced
  • 1 cup Ginger Grated
  • 1 bunch Watercress Chopped
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree For AIP soups
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
