pork kasim
cut into cubes

kilo
pork liver
cut into cubes

soy sauce

lemon
calamansi
or 2 pcs.

ground black pepper

cloves
garlic
chopped

onion
chopped

medium
potatoes
cut into cubes

water

liver spread/paté
Instructions
Marinate the pork in soy sauce and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add the marinated pork and cook until browned.
Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer until the pork is tender.
Add potatoes and cook until tender.
In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp of the stew with the liver spread/paté. Add to the boiling stew.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with steamed rice or soft bread rolls.
