pork bones

medium
yellow potatoes
Yukon Gold or similar

tomato

tsp
kosher salt

tbsp
sugar
Instructions
Prepare pork bone broth (time included in total time).
Wash and chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Bring pork bone broth to a boil. Add potatoes and reduce heat to low-medium for a low rolling boil.
Cook for 20-30 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
Turn off heat and add salt and sugar. Mix well.
Serve hot.
