Potato with Tomato Pork Bone Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs pork bones
  • 2 medium yellow potatoes Yukon Gold or similar
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Prepare pork bone broth (time included in total time).
  • Wash and chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • Bring pork bone broth to a boil. Add potatoes and reduce heat to low-medium for a low rolling boil.
  • Cook for 20-30 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
  • Turn off heat and add salt and sugar. Mix well.
  • Serve hot.
