Quick and Easy Bone Broth Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Bone Broth Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Chopped Vegetables Carrots, celery, or other desired vegetables
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Grain or Pasta Optional, for added heartiness
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Optional, for brightness
  • Salt and Pepper to taste Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  • Add chopped vegetables and cook until slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in bone broth and bring to a simmer.
  • If using, add cooked grain or pasta.
  • Simmer for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Stir in lemon juice (if using) and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot.
