Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the minced garlic, Nafi’s Ginger Lemongrass Condiment, gochujang, lemon or lime juice, dried mushrooms, coconut milk, and water.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Adjust the seasoning with fish sauce to taste.
Portion the soup into bowls. Top each serving with fresh chives, cilantro, and your chosen protein.
