fresh salsa

organic refried beans

organic black beans, rinsed and drained

water or vegetable stock

sherry

sour cream
Optional garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot. Pour in the fresh salsa and stir.
Add refried beans and black beans to the salsa mixture. Stir until lumps are removed.
Add water or vegetable stock as needed to reach desired consistency. Warm slowly, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
If desired, add sherry just before serving.
Garnish with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
