Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and ginger.
Place chicken breast in a baking dish and pour marinade over it.
Add broccoli and carrots to the baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
