Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets Fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Carrots Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Low sodium
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Ginger Grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and ginger.
  • Place chicken breast in a baking dish and pour marinade over it.
  • Add broccoli and carrots to the baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
