heavy cream

shredded Parmesan cheese

crushed red pepper

Instructions
Roast tomatoes until softened.
Blend roasted tomatoes with heavy cream.
Simmer the soup for 1-2 minutes.
Pour into bowls and top with Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper.
