Ingredients
  

  • 120 g Shrimps
  • 260 g Clams
  • 100 g Soaked mushrooms
  • 100 g Noodles
  • 600 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil for stir-frying
  • Some Green vegetables choose what you like
  • Some Chopped scallions

Instructions
 

  • Separate the shrimp bodies and heads, only shrimps body left.
  • Heat a wok over medium heat, add oil, chopped scallions, stir-fry for a while
  • Add hot water, then add shrimps, clams, mushrooms, boil until cooked through, about several minutes, remove the foam, then add noodles, boil until cooked through, add greens, salt, turn off the heat.
  • The seafood noodles is ready.
