  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Sherry Optional
  • 1 tsp Truffle oil Optional
  • 1/4 cup Crabmeat Additional, optional
  • 2 tbsp Bacon Crumbled, optional
  • 1/4 avocado Avocado Sliced or diced, optional
  • 1 tsp Hot sauce Optional
  • 1 tsp Sriracha aioli Optional
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream Spiced with Old Bay
  • 1/4 cup Fried kale
  • 1/4 cup Smoked provolone Melted
  • 1/4 cup Julienned peppers
  • 1/4 cup Veggie relish
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Chimichurri
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your chosen seafood soup base according to the recipe.
  • Ladle soup into bowls.
  • Garnish with desired toppings based on the soup type. Consider oyster crackers, a swirl of cream, fresh herbs, or a drizzle of olive oil.
  • For New England Clam Chowder: Garnish with oyster crackers and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • For Crab Bisque: Garnish with sherry, truffle oil, and crabmeat.
  • For Maryland Crab Soup: Garnish with Old Bay seasoning, bacon, and avocado.
  • For Spiced Tomato Seafood Soup: Garnish with hot sauce, sriracha aioli, and fried kale.
