Simple Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Pasta Spaghetti or penne work well
  • 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes Canned is fine
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Pepper to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  • Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the tomato sauce. Toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately.
