Sinigang na Bangus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Bangus (Milkfish) Cut into serving pieces
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 medium Onion Quartered
  • 2 tomatoes Tomatoes Quartered
  • 1 pack Sinigang Mix Tamarind base
  • 1/2 cup Long green beans Cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Radishes Sliced
  • 1 cup Eggplant Cubed
  • 1/2 cup Okra
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, combine water, onion, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the bangus and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until partially cooked.
  • Pour in the sinigang mix and stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the long beans, radishes, and eggplant. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  • Add the okra and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Season with fish sauce and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot with rice.
