Instructions
In a large pot, combine water, onion, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Add the bangus and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until partially cooked.
Pour in the sinigang mix and stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the long beans, radishes, and eggplant. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
Add the okra and cook for another 2 minutes.
Season with fish sauce and black pepper to taste.
Serve hot with rice.
