Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 lb Turkey Kielbasa
  • 1 each onion chopped
  • 3 each carrots chopped
  • 2 each celery stalks chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 bunch kale about 4 cups
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 15.5 oz cans canned beans kidney, cannellini, pinto, black eyed peas, drained & rinsed
  • 1 14.5 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup beer or water
  • 1 tsp dried Italian Seasoning
  • to taste hot sauce optional
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine everything in your crockpot. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 4-5 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.
