Slow Cooker Lasagna Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage We used Honeysuckle White turkey sausage
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 24 oz jar pasta sauce
  • 1 can beef broth low sodium
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 8-10 count lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup water
  • to taste mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients (except topping mozzarella) in a slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese before serving.
