rinsed (Soak overnight)

spinach

cooked ham
diced
Instructions
Soak beans overnight.
Combine beans, carrots, onion, garlic, pepper, salt, and broth in a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Stir in spinach and ham during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Serve hot.
