Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 ounce
  • 1 can black beans 15 ounce, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn 15 ounce, drained
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
  • 1 cup sour cream for topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro for topping

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain off any excess grease.
  • Transfer browned ground beef to a slow cooker.
  • Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, chicken broth, and ranch dressing mix to the slow cooker.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve hot with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
