Cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Brown sausage in a skillet and drain any excess grease.
Add sausage to slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Scrub and dice potatoes and add to slow cooker.
Add kale and chicken broth.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in heavy cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Serve immediately, garnished with crumbled bacon.
