Ingredients
  

  • 500 gr cooked spaghetti
  • 4 pieces Hen or Chicken
  • 1 diced Red onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1 tablespoon Aji Panca Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a hot pot add 3 tablespoons of oil then seal your chicken/hen 3 minutes each side then reserve.
  • In the same pot add onions, garlic, carrots, “aji panca paste” and let it cook for at least 5 min or until tender.
  • Once its cooked, process it with the basil leaves and 2 cups of water.
  • Add salt, pepper and sugar.
  • Add the chicken/hen and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add the spaghetti and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
