Sopes with Tomato-Infused Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Sope shells
  • 1 lb Chicken Cooked and shredded
  • 1 packet Knorr Tomato Bouillon
  • 1/2 cup Avocado Diced
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Diced
  • 2 tbsp Crema Optional garnish
  • 1 lime Lime For serving

Instructions
 

  • Cook and shred the chicken. Prepare the Knorr Tomato Bouillon according to package directions.
  • Heat the sope shells according to package directions.
  • Sauté the shredded chicken in the prepared Knorr Tomato Bouillon.
  • Place the heated sope shells on a plate.
  • Top each sope shell with the tomato-infused chicken.
  • Garnish with diced avocado and tomato.
  • Drizzle with crema (optional) and serve with a lime wedge.
