Instructions
Cook and shred the chicken. Prepare the Knorr Tomato Bouillon according to package directions.
Heat the sope shells according to package directions.
Sauté the shredded chicken in the prepared Knorr Tomato Bouillon.
Place the heated sope shells on a plate.
Top each sope shell with the tomato-infused chicken.
Garnish with diced avocado and tomato.
Drizzle with crema (optional) and serve with a lime wedge.
