Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth or desired consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh cilantro or a drizzle of olive oil, if desired.
