Thai pepper
Use sparingly, wash hands after handling
Instructions
Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add pork and cook until browned.
Add coconut milk and Thai pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Mix in the spinach when the pork is fork tender.
Cook until the spinach leaves have wilted.
