Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Honeydew melon, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh turmeric root, grated
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup Water Optional, for desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • Combine honeydew melon, ginger, turmeric, and honey in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Add water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve in glass bowls or cups, or as appetizer shooters garnished with edible flowers or pea blossoms.
