Instructions
Combine honeydew melon, ginger, turmeric, and honey in a blender.
Blend until smooth. Add water if needed to reach desired consistency.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve in glass bowls or cups, or as appetizer shooters garnished with edible flowers or pea blossoms.
