Instructions
Prepare each soup individually according to the ingredient list and instructions below.
Moroccan Yogurt Cucumber Soup: Blend cucumbers, yogurt, and water until smooth. Season with salt. Chill for 30 minutes.
Melon Ginger and Fennel Soup: Place melon, ginger, fennel seeds, anise seeds, and cashews in a blender. Blend until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes.
Tomato Soup: Blend tomatoes and salt until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes.
