Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 cup Greens Spinach or kale
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Minced

Instructions
 

  • Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot.
  • Add mushrooms and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add greens and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
