stemmed, seeded, and chopped

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine corn kernels, yellow bell pepper, olive oil, sherry vinegar, and cantaloupe in a blender.
Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with extra corn kernels and chopped chives.
