  • 1 kg Sweet Potatoes Peeled and chopped
  • 1 large Onion Chopped
  • 400 g Tomatoes Chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1.5 L Vegetable Stock
  • 1 cup Red Lentils Rinsed
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt For garnish (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped, for garnish (optional)
