Thanksgiving Leftovers Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Turkey or Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Cooked Turkey Shredded or diced
  • 1 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Stuffing
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables Leftover roasted or steamed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream Optional
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, bring the turkey or chicken broth to a boil.
  • Add the cooked turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and mixed vegetables to the pot.
  • Bring the soup to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
  • If desired, stir in the heavy cream for a richer soup.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
