Sliced, adjust to taste
Instructions
Bring the broth to a boil in a large pot.
Add fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Stir to combine.
Add galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook until shrimp turns pink, about 2-3 minutes.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another minute.
Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro and sliced red chili.
