quinoa
rinsed

water or broth

cooked shredded turkey

mixed vegetables
carrots, bell peppers, and spinach

Instructions
Rinse quinoa under cold water.
In a pot, bring water or broth to a boil.
Add quinoa, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté vegetables until tender.
Stir in the shredded turkey and heat through.
Mix quinoa with turkey and veggies in a bowl.
Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
