brown rice or Basmati

water
for cooking rice

radishes
1

lemon
1
pound
ground turkey

garlic

raw spinach

cilantro

water
for cooking spinach and turkey
Instructions
Cook or steam rice using package directions (1 part rice to 2 parts water).
Slice radishes and marinate in the juice of one whole lemon.
Sauté turkey with garlic, then set aside.
Fill a pot with 2-3 cups water, chopped spinach, and chopped cilantro. Cook for five minutes; then add turkey and garlic and cook another 20 minutes.
When you serve, add a couple spoonfuls of cooked rice and marinated radishes.
